Why does this page exist? Sharing the human side of technical work;
After years spent supporting users, running service desks, and navigating the chaos of managed services, Iβve learned that technical ability is only half the job. The real differentiator is how you communicate, how you handle pressure, and how you adapt to the wildly different personalities you meet in a single day.
One moment youβre deβescalating a furious executive, the next youβre helping a doctor between patients, or guiding a tradie through a login issue on a dusty job site. Having that kind of range isnβt luck, itβs a skillset and itβs one which can be taught. Being able to pivot to different personality types is an attribute that I have been blessed with from a young age, and I am passionate about it passing it on the next generation of tech professionals. Turning technicians into real technical relationship builders!
To document the process of my own professional development as it happens.
Iβm also using this site as a living record of my own growth. Iβm constantly building, studying, experimenting, and levelling up. My home labs, certifications, selfβdirected learning, it all lives here. Think of this as both a portfolio and a progress log: a place to track where Iβve been, where Iβm heading, and the work Iβm putting in along the way.
