After years spent supporting users, running service desks, and navigating the chaos of managed services, Iβve learned that technical ability is only half the job. The real differentiator is how you communicate, how you handle pressure, and how you adapt to the all of the different personalities you meet in a single day.
My passion is elevating CX and delivery while helping other technicians become relationship builders who can bridge the gap between everyday people and their technology.
